Minors are strictly prohibited. If you are under 21 years of age, you are not permitted to access, register on, or use the aeowin platform under any circumstances. aeowin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where the Player's age cannot be verified.
To be eligible to register and maintain an active aeowin Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations. aeowin conducts age verification checks and may request government-issued identification at any stage of the account lifecycle.
You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform. Players accessing aeowin from a Prohibited Jurisdiction do so in violation of these Terms and may have their accounts suspended and balances forfeited without notice.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to register.
You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by aeowin or by PAGCOR's national self-exclusion registry. Attempting to register or access the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order is a serious breach of these Terms.
Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of aeowin, as well as their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in any promotional offer.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) aeowin Account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. aeowin reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aeowin login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. aeowin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify aeowin immediately at support@aeowin.org if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
aeowin is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
Account Closure: You may request closure of your aeowin Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to KYC completion and withdrawal terms) will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard processing period.
aeowin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Philippine-approved payment channels:
Prohibited payment methods: aeowin does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) or credit card gambling deposits. Credit cards have been prohibited for funding gambling accounts in the Philippines. Any deposit attempt using a prohibited method will be declined and returned.
All transactions on the aeowin platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). No foreign currency conversion is applied. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed in your Account dashboard.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once KYC is complete, withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the payment method selected. aeowin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
Player funds are held separately from aeowin's operational funds in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. This segregation is intended to protect Player balances in the event of aeowin's insolvency, though it does not constitute a guarantee of repayment in all circumstances.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by aeowin are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details. aeowin reserves the right to void bonus winnings where wagering requirements have not been met.
aeowin employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, and colluding with other players. Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system will have their bonus and associated winnings cancelled and may have their Account permanently suspended.
Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
All digital games on the aeowin platform — including slots, virtual table games, and bingo — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Our RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor, including previous results or player behaviour.
Live casino games are streamed in real time from licensed studio environments. The rules governing each live game (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and others) are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the round will be resolved according to the game provider's standard disconnection policy, which is available upon request.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game round, aeowin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's Account. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within seven (7) days of the relevant game round by contacting aeowin support with the game round ID and a description of the issue. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the aeowin platform without prior written consent from aeowin.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aeowin's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
aeowin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if aeowin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
aeowin does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific games.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. aeowin does not guarantee any winnings and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through your use of the platform. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
aeowin will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers where required by law or necessary for the provision of services.
aeowin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, aeowin will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the aeowin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the aeowin platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to game outcomes or platform operations, Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.
